Delete some of your VAAK data

1. Open the chat and press and hold the message.
2. Tap the bin icon.
3. Choose Delete for everyone (messages you sent) or Delete for me.

Delete for everyone erases the message text and its reactions from our servers straight away, and removes it from the other person's chat. Delete for me removes the message from your chat only; the other person keeps their copy, so it stays on our servers for them.

In a chat with someone who isn't in your contacts, tap Remove at the top of the chat, then confirm. The whole chat is removed from your side. As with Delete for me, the other person keeps their copy.

1. Tap your profile picture (top right) to open My Account.
2. Tap your photo.
3. Tap Remove photo.

Your photo, its blurred and small copies, your challenge, and the list of people who solved it are deleted from our servers. The image files are erased within about 10 minutes. To change only the challenge, choose New challenge instead: the old challenge and its solver list are replaced.

To delete other data, such as your practice history, email support@vaakal.com from any address and include the mobile number of your VAAK account. We'll confirm it's your account and delete it within 30 days.
